How long does it take to make and receive my hat?
Orders are generally processed in 7-10 business days. Because they are fully custom, orders require sample approval via email before production. We do our best to keep stock updated, but some items may go out of stock between the time your order is placed and processing.  Out-of-stock items will be moved up and processed as soon as they are back in stock. You will be notified asap if an item is out of stock.

How is my order packaged?
We pack your order in a structured box so it will not get crushed.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the largest and safest online payment processors in the world.

My design has been digitized, how do I order/re-order? 

Please email or call if you would like to reorder a product with your own design. Also, you can place the order and just select one of the existing front embroidery options, then in comments box write "my design is on file" and the name of the design.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, please contact us for custom orders for your department.  Pricing will depend on design and different combinations of colors.

How accurate are the colors of the hats pictured?
We have made every effort to display the true colors of our products. Keep in mind that the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be completely accurate.

Can I have anything embroidered on a hat?
Yes, for the most part. Some designs that can be screened on a tshirt will just not sew out with the same look. We can help design logos and artwork that will look great when embroidered. These designs then have to be digitized, or altered graphically into a file that can be used by an embroidery machine. We can digitize your own designs. Please email or call for more details.

Also, we cannot produce any logo that is trademarked or under copyright unless when the order is placed you fax a signed order. 

Will the embroidery be raised or flat?
All of our embroidery is flat embroidery. We can do 3D, or puffy designs for an extra charge. 

Is side embroidery available?
Pricing includes 1 design on the front of caps. Custom embroidery can be placed on the front center, offset front left/right, back, and left or right sides of a cap using online ordering for additional charges.

Returns & Cancellations
Before placing your cap order, please make sure your personalized cap is complete and without errors. Orders are processed as we get them. We are not responsible for any incorrections in sizes, names, numbers, e-mail addresses or words that you enter on your order. Once an order has been personalized, it can not be returned except for our errors or defects in workmanship.

For defects in workmanship, please contact us. We will immediately repair or replace your item(s). If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
