By completing the online order form to make a purchase, you are entering into a contract to purchase items from American FireFighter. The items will be sold to you subject to these Terms and Conditions (the Terms).

The contract is made when American FireFighter accepts your order by giving notice to you. We will not accept your order until full payment is made, including the item price and applicable delivery charges.

          PAYMENT METHODS

       Any purchases may be paid for using a credit card through third party merchant facilities. American FireFighter is not responsible or has any control over any third party merchant facilities. Customers acknowledge and agree that American FireFighter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of their use of a third party payment gateway. American FireFighter advises that Customers should read and understand the terms and conditions of the third party merchant facilities before using them.

      All prices shall be shown in USD including GST.

      Customers acknowledge and agree that some banks and financial institutions may charge you an additional fee for international transactions.

      Customers acknowledge and agree item prices do not vary according to your location; however you accept that delivery charges may vary depending on the destination.

      Customers acknowledge and agree that American FireFighter is not responsible for any additional charges, fees or taxes charged by local government, port authorities or 3rd party agencies. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of American FireFighter.

         DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

      Your shopping cart on the website displays the items you have chosen and details of postage and packaging. The delivery costs for each Item may vary according to the delivery methods available for that particular product.

      Any delivery times quoted are in Business Days.

      After you have approved your order mock up, your order will be processed in 4-10 business days. Total delivery from the time your order is placed is usually 2-3 weeks. Shipping costs are determined at the checkout.

      We will not be liable for any breach by you of any laws.

         SPECIAL OFFERS

      All specials, promotions, clearances, offers, and discounted items advertised on the Site are available only while stocks last unless otherwise stated.

        ITEM AVAILABILITY

      All Items offered for sale are subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock, American FireFighter will contact you to offer a substitute a similar item. If you do not wish to accept a substitute item and your credit card has been charged for item(s) that is out of stock, American FireFighter will cancel your order and issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged. Alternatively, at your request, American FireFighter can hold the order and process it as soon as product

        NOTICE

       If there is a defect with any of the Items in your order, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt of the Items of your intention to return the Items to us.

        You must provide a copy of your invoice and receipt along with your notification.

        You must provide particulars as to why you are not satisfied with the Items in your order. You must include a clear photograph of the defect.

         RETURN ARRANGEMENTS   

         You are responsible for organizing return of the items to us within a 30-day period in order for the Items to be covered under this Policy.

           If a mistake was made in the production of your order, or if the item is defective, American FireFighter will issue a return shipping label.

           American FireFighter is not responsible for returning any items that have been lost in transit.

           You must ensure that the Items are returned to us unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging and tags intact. If the Item does not comply with this clause, you will not be eligible for this Policy.

          REPLACEMENTS ONLY

           Upon receipt of the returned Item, American FireFighter will inspect the Item and make its decision in its sole discretion to offer a replacement.

           Customers acknowledge and agree that due to the customized nature of the items, American FireFighter cannot offer any refunds. There is little to no resale value for the Items.

          

          ENTIRE AGREEMENT

          These Terms, and the documents expressly referred to in them, constitute the entire Agreement between you and American FireFighter, and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangements, understanding or agreement between us relating to the Services.
